Change Airfare now or wait for Oct? Help Jan Disers!

We booked a 4 night Jan. trip with our FF miles, based on what I could find at the time. I looked daily for 2mo+ before committing as it looked as if the reward travel was disappearing. This weekend I found a better air plan, but it will cost me $100 to change, not to mention a shift in hotel dates andnow not all the days are available. Just occured to me that maybe I should hold off making any changes until October when the discounts rates (hopefully) come out, as I can't afford to keep making changes. Any advice? Anyone's guess as to when the rates might come out - early Oct Late Oct? Thanks for letting me "DIS-SESS" with you.

I know how you feel I could not stop looking at the airline prices and wondering what to do when. I would wait for the codes to come out. It looks like in the past they came out around Halloween or Nov. 1.
