that UK can book free dining for next year. But...if they booked a moderate they got the new quick service dining, if they booked a deluxe they got the regular dining. Do you think that this is what will happen for free dining next year?
I hope not:(

Do you think that this is what will happen for free dining next year? No, I predict that all levels of resorts will be offered the Quick Service Dining under the free dining program next year. That is the main reason why I booked under the bounceback promo after my Aug/Sept free dining trip.

FWIW, UK residents always get offered free dining first. Historically, It won't be offered to the general public until April. If only Quick Service Dining is offered then I also assume that you will be able to upgrade to the higher priced dining plans just like you can upgrade to the DxDDP now.

Would you think they would offer a certain price for upgrading to the standard dining plan, or would it be a full price to upgrade?

If it was anything like this year's free dining, it'd be the difference in price. We upgraded to DxDP from FD and paid the difference ($DxDP-$DDP)of $32/night/adult and $10/night/child.

It's $10 per adult and $2 per child more for the 2009 Dining Plan Plus (the new name for the 2008 DDP) over the 2009 Quick Service Dining Plan. The 2009 Deluxe DDP is $42 and $12 more.
