CSR Pepper Market and DDP

I konow the CSR Pepper Market counter service charges gratuity. The CM's give guest real fork/sppons/knives, real glasses and free refills.
The PM charges 10% gratiuty.

If you use DDP - do you still get charged the 10% gratuity at CSR PM ?

If you are on the dining plan the 10% gratuity is included, no extra cost for you.

When you leave and pay they automatically add the gratuity and then just remove 1 CS credit from your key to the world.

I haven't eaten here before, but it really does sound like a GREAT deal! I plan to check it out once or twice in November. And I heard the portions are HUGE!!!!!! It feels like a TS meal, utilizing a CS credit.
