Our flight leaves out of Philly at (gulp) 6:05 a.m. Wanted to drive our car & park somewhere near the airport & have them shuttle us over. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which service to use? Will be coming from the Jersey side down 95 North. TIA!!!:)

We are in a similar situtation, coming from Reading, PA for a 6:10 am flight. When I looked into long term parking for 8 days, I found that the cost was only slightly less than getting a park and fly deal at a hotel at the airport. So, I went to AAA and booked a park and fly at the Holiday Inn Airport for $82.00. This includes one night accomodation, tax, parking for up to 2 weeks, and airport shuttle. This way, we can get a reasonably good nights sleep before our flight for only about $20 more than long-term parking would have cost. Just something to consider, and this way we get to start our vacation a day earlier and don't have to do as much rushing in the morning. Have a great trip:D

Whenever we fly out of Philly we use the Kinney Parking on Essington Ave. I95 south has signs for the Bartram Ave exit. Take this exit and continue straight until you reach Essington Ave (approx. a half a mile). Kinney and other parking systems will be on your right.
We have never had a problem leaving our car at Kinney and find their service excellent. If you have AAA, make sure to mention it when you pay as you get a decent discount.

There are several places nearby that you can park and shuttle over to the airport. We have used Smart Park several times and have had no problems at all. They are one exit south of the airport, Essington Exit, go to the dead end, left for a few blocks. Just used them a couple of weeks ago. The place is fenced in and well lit and someone is there 24 hrs a day. Costs about $6.50 a day. They shuttle you over to your terminal and when you arrive back you dial them on the courtesy phone at the baggage claim area and they pick you up and return you to your car.
Have a great trip.

We have a 6:10 a.m. flight on May 6. We decided to stay at the Airport Marriott, which is connected to the airport. You can get a package deal in which you leave your car with them for the length of your vacation (I think up to 10 or 14 days...not sure). We like the convenience of not needing a shuttle - had a problem with the shuttle bus not making the regular stops they were supposed to last time, and we got to the airport much later than we should have. Too much anxiety!!

We use Essington Ave too. Going North on 95 it is the Bartram/ Essington exit--14 I think.
We have used Sunpark recently (in Sept. and Dec. ), they have AAA rates as well. We plan on using them again next week. Do a search for Sunpark--they have a website. We learned about them in the Inquirer last year when they ran an article on parking options.
In the past we had no problems with their shuttle- wedropped off the keys, loaded our stuff in the van and away we went. For pickups, we called on our cell, but both times another driver happened by within minutes and we waved him down.
