I'm 18, graduating from school in two months. I was wondering if anyone my age is going to be on The Wonder 4th of July.

thanx!

it seemed so far away when i booked it....
and now it's suddenly just around the corner......
(and now i guess i'll have to actually pay:eek: )

i'm really surprised no one else from the 4th has posted (18 or otherwise)...
who knows....maybe we'll have the whole ship to ourselves...:D

amzey - too bad you're on the other ship.......have a great time!:Pinkbounc

disneyholic - well, the upside to having the whole ship to ourselves is itll make it real easy to figure out who the people who replyed to my thread are (since we will only be 4 families onboard....) :p

bubblemutant45....
great signature!!
(how do you do that????)

by the way, what does your handle mean??

it's really easy - you just right click the image you want, then go into the PROPERTIES option, and copy the address to your signature. write
before the address
and after the address (with no spaces). i hope that helps you out! :)

I really can't believe that no one else here is going the same date as we are! one thing's for sure - we dont have to worry about not having enough life boats for all of us........:D :smooth:

In a way, its good that there arent many Disers aboard. This way we will be the only ones who know about all the "secrets" that we learned here. ;) :D We will have deck 7 aft to ourselves, and be the first ones in line for Palos. :)

Hey bubblemutant, I clicked on your profile and it says your birthday is October 3rd. Are you going to Common Grounds on your cruise (because I assume if your birthday is right you'll still be 17) or do you want to do the adult stuff? My birthday's in August and I'm not really into the typical teen stuff (dances, DJ training, parties and all that) but I'm really fascinated by the adult "learning" type stuff.

Amy,
do they have those sorts of seminars you're talking about on the 3 day crusie?

hey amy!
yeah, i'll be a couple of months short of 18 when we're on the cruise. while i am into parties and dancing and all that, im also into the adult stuff like you are. but i also really want to be with kids our age and not a bunch of kids who are younger than us (it would be kind of weird for me to dance with a 15 year old, you know?im kind of an age snob...... :) ) my mom has asked around and she was told that a lot of times 18 and 19 year olds go to the common grounds the first night to meet other kids their age and then they tend to group up and go to the adult things together. there are also teen activities that sound like a lot of fun, like makin a movie and the game shows, so ill probably end up sometimes doin the adult activities and sometimes the teen ones (if they let me get away with it....:D ;) )
BTW i read on the teen board that you're stayin at the animal kingdom lodge. we stayed there last summer for part of our trip and i loved it! its really nice!:Pinkbounc

well i'm sure there will be many many many teens on our cruise.....
and many many many people in general.....that particular weekend is sure to be a sellout...

i just hope i don't spend the entire cruise with my head in the toilet...(or perhaps that should be with my head in the head)....

Hi bubblemutant! :)
Isn't the AKL great? I stayed there in December with my dad for the media event - I totally fell in love with it. Now my whole family gets to see it - I'm so excited. :D

well.....i guess that's it...
we're the only people on that ship....
so not only can we be assured a lifeboat, i think we can each have our own swimming pool, restaurant, club...
and even better, we can have massages to our hearts content....sounds good to me...
:D
