After worrying myself stupid about DIY holidays, ATOL, ABTA you name it, i finally decided that i would rather have a package so..

I rang Disney UK to see if i could add flights to my exsisting booking of accommodation and park tickets. The woman seemed a bit confused at first but after about 30 mins on the phone :scared: i eventually managed to get it all done paying out another £360 deposit.
She is having to cancel my booking i already had and book me again as the 2 systems are seperate apparently.:confused3 She assured me that i will have the deposit money already paid from my first booking credited back to my card, that she has to email Disney to explain what has been done as i haven't cancelled my booking just added to it.

The one thing i am slightly concerned about is that i had to repeat myself loads of times when spelling our names and when i gave her my email address. She said that she was sending me an invoice via email with all the details on and that it should be with me straight away.
Well 3 hours later and nothing, is that normal.?? I can't check it online as it says flight inclusive booking need to ring. Also the reservation number she gave me is one digit shorter than the old one.
Oh good god this is just getting stupid. I was doing this to put my mind at rest, not make it worse !!

Hello Bridget:hug: we booked our whole holiday with direct with WDW Travel Co. and they were great, we changed our booking and we got our original deposit transferred on to our new booking it took a couple of days to show up. We have gone through the whole process of adding flights too don't worry you'll get a new invoice number but keep all of the other details for accommodation and tickets and any dining plan on your booking. Your booking reference number should be xxxxx/S09 , the flights are booked through Virgin Atlantic and at a later date you will need to ring Open Ride for your locator number for booking seats on the flights and meals on the VA website.
Try to relax and enjoy your planning:hug:
