transfers luggage??

ok. we get on the plane at dtw , we land in orlando , we have transfers 3 day land 4 day sea. we get off the plane ?/ where do we go .?? do we get our luggage to put on bus to resort???
then when we are done with cruise we exit ship and how does our luggage get ot airport???if we dont have a direct flight to who gets our luggage at the connecting??? never flew ???

If you have Disney transfers, put the bag tags that Disney gives you with your documents on your bags BEFORE YOU CHECK THEM IN AT DTW. You won't see them again until you reach your resort. Disney picks up the bags for you from baggage claim and transports them to your resort. Be sure to pack any important items in your carry-on bag.

Disney will also transport your bags to the port. You will put them outside your room the morning of your cruise and they will pick them up and transfer them to you. Again, keep any important items or things you'll need the first day in your carry-on bag.

After your cruise you must claim your own bag through customs. You can either then check your bags at the port, if you are on one of the airlines that allows that, or they will be loaded on to your transfer bus with you and you can check them in at the airport with you as usual. :)
