Anyone Have any Hunches when WDW Will Come Out with Discounts past Aug.24th????

I am just curious if anyone has any hunches if and when WDW might let out room discounts past Aug.24th..Were going in Sept. of this year.. I have been seeing some awesome rates for the summer and AKL for $129.00 with a post card WOW! So being that Sept. is Value, Was hoping they would let some discounts out and I though guesses would be interesting to hear..

Totally guessing here...but the spring discounts were out and had to be booked by March 17. We had about 2 weeks before these current discounts (June 23-Aug 24) became available. Those codes have to be booked by May 19. I am guessing, based on this pattern, that we may see discounts for after August 24 the first full week of June - that would be about 2 weeks after the current promotion ends.

I know I will be watching the boards and the papers as I have an early December trip at the Polynesian and I would be so happy to get the rates that are available to people this summer.

I have an early January 2003 trip planned, and am also anxiously awaiting the discounts!

We also have a early Dec. booking fopr the Poly in Dec. We are waiting for discounts just like you. We are also considering switching to POR based on the positive feedback I keep reading here. We have stayed at the Poly before but not the POR. If we can get a really good rate, we will probably stay put.. Have a nice trip and if we stay with the Poly we will probably pass each other in the resort and not know about it. Thats what is fun about these boards...smjj

We have stayed twice at POFQ and booked again for this Sept. trip..We have stayed at the deluxes and the quintness and romance of this resort keeps us coming back for more. We also stayed at the PO River Side and liked that one too, but it was too spread out for us. But all and all we still favor the smaller more compact POFQ.. Their bus transportation has always been Great! Have a Great trip.
