Poly or VWL to speedway--bus, walk, what??

DH would like to try the ridealong experience this time. We will be at the Poly and the VWL for our last 4 days, so I thought that would be a good time to go. But none of the books say how to get to the speedway! Can we walk? Is there a bus? HELP!!
