Is Disney offering free dining in Oct, Nov, and Dec

for certain dates? I got an email and it looks like its from Disney and it says for certain days they are offering free dining. The total cost for 4 nights/5 days with park tickets and the free dining for the 4 of us would be $1253. That comes out to be $63 a day per person :woohoo: The # to call is Disney's #. Has anyone else gotten this offer?

I wish I had gotten that offer. My DH and I were scheduled to go over Labor Day weekend on free dining for an anniversary trip (just the 2 of us :lovestruc ), but my Dad became ill and we had to cancel. Wish we could reschedule...

I got one and we are GOING!! Can't wait; havent been there for Halloween yet so DD and I are so excited; waiting a little longer to tell the boys we're going but I keep slipping!!!!!!

I got it too. Unfortunately, a WDW trip this Fall/Winter is not in the cards for us. Also, it was for a family of 4 in a value and we are 5. I haven't deleted it yet just in case I come into some $$$ and decide to take my kids and leave my hubby home!

I vote for getting the code and not being able to use it. I've gotten 2 codes this year and haven't been able to use either and now I'll probably never get one again.

Email pin codes are name specific and are non-transferrable.

I think I got it but we are already booked for a week in December and it looks like there is no resort availability for that week. So can I have my TA make this change to my existing reservation?

I got it but I can't go. There's no way I can take that time off from educating the future. They really do pick insane dates for the promotion. The dates I received are Sept. 28- Oct.11, Nov.9- Nov 22, and Dec 14-20. 5day/ 4 night $63 a night which includes free dining and your park hopper ticket. It's a sweet deal.

I got this and was trying to figure out how to use it when my daughter will be on break. So if it says the offer ends 12/20, do you still get to use it all of the days if your trip starts on 12/20?

Oh man, I just noticed the e-mail I got has my parents last name (my maiden name) on it. I booked their tickets when they went with us, paid for it with my credit card, and used my e-mail address for all of their correspondence with Disney (they don't have a computer or e-mail). Will Disney let ME use it if I tell them its under my maiden name and it came in my e-mail, last package paid with my credit card, ect....?

We have booked Dec 18-28 with Free Dining...we were shocked the the free dining didn't end on the 20th but they let us use it all the way through Christmas week!

I think it's worth it for her to call and check it out. IF it's in her correct first name, sent to her email and only with a different last name, I don't see why it wouldn't work. What would have happened had she gotten married in the meantime? Wouldn't Disney just update their records with her new married name, or would they dump her entire profile and make her start anew?

I'd suggest calling and seeing if they can accommodate you. If they can't, I'd check with a manager before hanging up and giving up on it.

Regardless, before listening to us say Yay or Nay here, it's worth calling Disney. Ultimately it's up to them whether they let you take advantage or not. :goodvibes

Oh how I wish the code fairy would visit my email with an offer like this! I'd move heaven and earth to go right before Christmas if I was blessed with this. It's DH's favorite time to visit.

For the case of the poster asking the question it sounds like it's her first name and her maiden last name. She may have more success than you did with an email that wasn't addressed to you.

I didn't get free dining but on the Disney website there is an offer code for a pretty good discount on dining. I saved over $300 for us. The code is QXG. on the Disney website it is the link that says "wake up in the middle of the magic" offer.

It's a link to the Disney Visa Rewards website and they are offering free dining with your Disney Visa under code QXZ. The poster on the other thread said she talked to Disney and that they should start booking this later today or tomorrow. This is great for those of us who didn't get the free dining email pin code.:cool1:
