To make a long story short, I was supposed to be living in Toronto, so booked through Sunwing, leaving at 6:30 am. I am now still at home in PEI, so I must fly AC to YYZ the day before. I figure to save a little money, I can take an afternoon flight and then just spend the night at the airport, since I'd have to be there quite early anyway. I was wondering if there is anywhere I would be able to store my checked bag for the 10-12 hours that I would be at the airport before checkin. I am travelling solo.

My other bet would be to stay at an airport hotel, but I'm not sure if I really want to add another 100+ to my budget when it's a short time.

I think in the post 9/11 world there are no lockers or anything. You know how antsy they are about unattended baggage.

That's what I figured, but it was worth a shot. It will be a pain to lug my checked and carry-on bags around with me for 12 hours, solo, but I guess I'll have to manage! Thanks.

YAY! I'll have to call them tomorrow! I wonder if it would work because I'd need to access my luggage quite early in the am to go through security/customs! I'll let you all know how it goes.

Nice Find rbchimp!

In case that does not work out, there is a hotel at the airport that you can walk to. I don't know for sure, but for a fee they may allow you to store your bags there for a while.

Good idea! I'll check that one out too... this is looking much easier for me!
