I can admit it - I need a daily fix of the budget board. I can't go to sleep at night without checking in to make sure I didn't miss something. I think I need a 12 step program. I've been visiting this site almost daily for two years and have planned many of our friends' trips for them. My husband says I should become a travel agent and get paid for as much research as I do on Disney. As far as my own trips everyone on the board has been so insightful that my two past trips to Disney have been so reasonable that I won't even think about paying more than 99/night for a room on-site. I'll let all of you know that I'm working on my Disney addiction (issues)with my therapist (HA HA). Please tell me I'm not alone.

Me toooooo,,,, I never even use to get on line untill I came across this site. We booked with travel agent but when I got on here and found all these codes we canceled that and I made my own ressies. Down to the codes for the car. Also going to get my tickets through Florida Orlando tickets.com.. I am not a disney member so I do not get discount through them, but these prices are great. I have researched them all. These are the cheapest for me. I toooo am addicted..... Corvair

Oh my goodness was I ever glad to see this post!! Wow I thought I was the lonely addicted one. I am the same way as the original post-ee, my DH thinks I should be a travel agent too because I am on these boards everyday but I sure don't hear him complain when I tell him how much we saved on the current trip we're planning. I am in the process right now of helping a friend plan their land/sea package. We're going to meet them on the ship too. So that even makes it better. ;) But I DOOOO love thiese boards. Glad I found this site!!

I was just thinking the same thing when the first thing I did when I got home today is rush to the computer to check the disboards. What is it about this place? It's almost as bad as chocolate!

Yes, I am addicted. No, I don't want to join a support group.

This page IS my support group.

It has been a busy day. I just poured myself a cola and sat down at my keyboard for a
quick, free, mental trip to Disneyworld. Just imagining myself watching the giraffes at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, or eating a Beavertail (something I've never tried yet but learned about here and intend to eat in October), is a 30 minute vacation. I'll sign off humming the Pirates of the Carribean theme song and smiling at the world.

I've been hitting this board a couple of times a week for nearly two years. No plans to quit

I knew I was hooked when the other nite at 3:00am while up getting the baby a bottle, I stopped by for a quick one. I told myself just one, but you know how that goes..I guess there are much more dangerous addictions, although my DH would disagree.

OK, now I feel a bit better. I thought something was really wrong with me. I have to check the dis board DAILY (more like about 6 times a day) My family tell me that I should also be a travel agent so I did enroll to the home school but guess what? I can't stay off the dis board long enough to do my work! Oh well, I am learning alot more on here than what I have saw in the books! (not one thing in there about postcard rates or envelopes for mousekeepers!:D ) Anyway, I am just glad that I am not alone. We have a trip planned for May 19th and I have started planning one for December!

My disney trip was in October, these boards saved me a bundle! But why do I keep comming back to check posts??? I swore this wouldn't happen to me. I'd stop as soon as my trip was over, now it's been 1/2 a year. I know I'm an addict too - but don't tell my husband I admited to it!!
