I had an African Grey parrot and he could mimic anything! He would do the alarm, bark just like the dogs. Here is the creepy part he would start to speak in my deceased grandmother's voice!

See, I'm not the only one who has rigged up a treadmill to walk while I am working.

http://omaha.com/index.php?u_page=1208&u_sid=10455884

I don't have a $4,000 rig, though. I bet the people at Mutual don't have their paperwork sitting on their kids' toy buckets next to the treadmill. Their loss.

If I were driving it I doubt it could pull the camper behind the wheel! Who am I kidding, I'd never squeeze behind the heel of a Porsche! Poor little thing would look like a swaybellied mule when I was done with her.

I (or should I say former boyfriend) lost my class ring in a field some 36 years ago. If it turned up in a cow patty - nobody found it. or admitted to it.

bigdisneydaddy
12-04-2008, 07:31 AM
I know where my class ring is, I found out that it in fact is not made of silver but instead is made of "middleagium" which causes it to shrink over the years and not fit any longer, I suspect some of my pants have this material in them also.

Seaworld Tragedy (http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/wire/os-dawn-brancheau-sea-world-trainer-kille20100225,0,6607072.story)

While I'm very sorry this happened, I've often wondered why there haven't been more incidents like this.

These are social animals that live in family groups that hunt together and take care of each other in the wild. They roam freely in a vast ocean, and to me, it is inhumane that they are forced to live in what equates to a jail and perform several times a day so that man can be entertained and is able to say "look what we've done"! "We've tamed the beast in the name of science!"

FREE WILLY!!
