Hello from NJ!

Hi there!! My name is Jodi, and my husband and I LOVE WDW, and have been there 3 times. In 9/2002 for our honeymoon (GF), in 9/2003 for our first anniversary (AKL), and the last and most recent time in 6/2004 (GF) when I was 5 months pregnant with our DD Jillian. This December we're taking our daughter for her very first trip to Disney! princess: We couldn't think of a better time to take her than at the holidays!

Greetings from the Jersey Shore! Planning my WDW trip is one of my favorite past-times and these boards are great. My DS's were 2 and 4 the first time I took them and my DD was only 11 months. I still remember the looks on their faces the first time they saw Disney. It is to be treasured.

I grew up in North Jersey. Glen Ridge, My dad was from Jersey City, my grandparents lived in Jersey City and later moved into our home in Glen Ridge, (dad was military and retired here in Missouri)

Love the DIS but have never posted until now. Since I saw other NJ posts, thought I'd try here 1st.

Getting ready for grand gathering in Dec with my parents and sister, brother-in-law & their 8 mo old son. My parents haven't been to WDW since pre-Epcot and are very excited. Dad has heart cond. & tires easily walking, but he wants to see everything. I want to surprise them, but not sure what to do. Thought about getting tree in room, but sounds like it'll be $$. Any ideas would be appreciated.

They can be delivered and have them waiting in your room for when you arrive or at anytime you want during the duration of your trip.

Hello from Bergen County too! You'll love it at Christmas time, it's one of my favorite times to go. The decorations are incredible. Would love to go at that time of year again and show my DH what it's like. We are going Oct 25th to Nov 1st to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary..:hug:
