View Full Version : Checking interest in a Fall Secret Sister Swap

Lewdyan1 and I were wondering if y'all were interested in a Fall SS swap. We have a few options so I'm adding a poll.

The poll is multiple choice so please check 1 box for 1,2, or 3 and check if you would like a kids swap too.

I've voted.
I picked two months so I can spend more on each box.
I also picked yes for kids, because my boys are super excited now that they have actually met a secret swapper.

i'm in and i voted the same as AWM.

my little man still talks about his secret swaper.;) just the other day he asks dh if he wanted to have his own secret sister!!!!:rotfl:

Banana and I would be interested in this and I have voted just now but could you please tell me more about this? I love Secret Santa/Sister times.

Basically you and Banana will fill out the questionnaire and send them back to me and Dyan. We will then pair you off and we will PM or e-mail you the person you will shop for and their list.
Your identity is a secret until the big reveal in Dec, you will include that in your last box. If you have questions for your SS you can either make up a new identity, or PM me or Dyan and we will ask your SS for you.

I figured maybe a 10 dollar limit for the first box and 15 or 20 for the Dec box, although I know most of you go over that amount! LOL What do you guys think?

That's the gist of it, if you have any specific questions just let me know.

I'm always in for the Secret Sister swap!! I love this one. I think I will sign DS up this time around, too. I think he'll get a kick out of it.

Kicky is definitely in for a secret BROTHER (he said he didn't want a girl *** they would't understand BOY stuff :rotfl: ) I voted just Dec but could do Nov and Dec, just prefer to avoid Oct as I'm packed with birthdays and anniversaries Sept and Oct:scared1:

:crazy2: I have to take my mom for surgery at 6am tomorrow. Not sure how long it will take. I may need to Dis when I get home. I have to spend the day with my sister that drives me crazy.She wants to leave at 5:15:eek: to get to a place that is 10 minutes away and my mom has to be there at 6am. Please wish me luck:rolleyes1 . I'll talk to you all later

Cindy don't worry about a thing you take care of Mom! I'm going to leave the sign ups up over the weekend so you have plenty of time to get the questions back to me and lewdyan1.

Thank you for all of your support. Mom went through surgery well and is home. I took a nap when I got home. It is exhausting spending time with my sister. I'll keep you all updated.
She has one more surgery in October for a stimulator for her back.

Glad to hear your mom is doing well Cindy and that you survived your sister...
I think my brother may know your sister.. he too drives us crazy...enough so that I utilize my caller ID more than I ever thought I would!!!

We can change our rings on our phone. My sister's phone ring is annoying just like her. I don't even have to look at the phone to know who it is.
The things we do.
It's sad that we can't pick our family, but we can pick our friends and I'm glad I have all of you

cindy i think my sister knows your sister and nancys brother! they are all the same. i wish i could change my ring to know that it's her. i usually check my caller id to see if its her or not. she's nutty! i try to avoid her at all costs.
