It's Official - We Closed Today @SSR !!!

We are soooo excited - we received our official closing email from the TSS today !!!:banana: :cool1: :banana:

The process was very smooth and we had absolutely no issues. !!!

Robert from the TSS was very professional and kept us updated during the entire process.

We were told that our Resale purchase was one of the quickest ones they have processed lately - here is our timeline.

7/30 - Owners accepted offer and we received an email with all the necessary documents to sign.
7/31 - Faxed completed Documents to TSS.
7/31 - Contract specs sent to Disney for ROFR.
8/2 - Sent Deposit.
8/4 - Deposit received by TSS.
8/7 - Received Escrow documents.
8/8 - Faxed Escrow Documents.
8/9 - Received email from TSS passing ROFR :thumbsup2
8/15 - Final Documents were received via email from TSS.
8/22 - Completed final docs and final payment sent to TSS.
9/5 - Closed on SSR - 150 points. :cool1:

As stated earlier - the process was very easy and we very impressed with the entire staff at the TSS.....I would highly recommend them to anyone !!!

They told us about 10 days - but I have read on the boards anywhere from 5 to 7 days.

We plan on calling Wednesday - just to check ...:) We have the Swan already booked and would like to switch and use our points for this trip.....keeping our fingers crossed.

Ours was super fast through the Timeshare Store too! Our offer on VWL was accepted on 8/5 and we received notice that we closed on 9/5! Everyone at TSS was very knowledgeable and professional and it was a surprisingly smooth and easy process. Can't wait until we're in the DVC system, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a resale.
