Starts today and ends October 3.

Post pictures of the layouts you create using at least TWO swapped items. These are NEW layouts, not ones you have already done. Any swapped item can be used. You do not need to remember which swap or who they came from. Your pages must be 6x6 or bigger. But any size variation is welcome. They can be single pages or double layouts, but each page must have two swapped items. Your name will be placed in the jar for every page you create up to 15 pages. This is not a who did the most or best. It is for everyone who tries.

If you are unable to post pictures, or don't know how, you can email them to me and I will post them for you. Just pm me for my email address!

The winning name pulled will receive this prize. It's an altered big clothespin. Great for holding notes, photos, etc.

I love those! I would so worry about putting something over a photo I would crop the photo to fit rather (that's why I have lame pages :blush:)

I just had to make it this morning. I have no idea why, but I couldn't rest until I made it.

I used the slides to hid the things on the photos, like other people, who were distracting it from my baby. :thumbsup2

Ok, off to get some work down upstairs because as soon as FIL arrives to help DH finish the front porch roof (only thing left to do to complete this project is paint..can't paint til the wood all dries out from the rain) we are done w/ a project... OMG! I'm so excited....

anyway, I'm going to scrapbook all day because they drive me crazy when they remodel my house.. I like instant change....hate the mess... guess that is why I took up scrappin'.... it can take time..but there are times you get instant satisfacation because a LO comes together quickly!!! :)

They have been homemade but some of them have been from kits but there was never any stipulation put on it.

Thanks Shauna. No, I don't really have any directions, I just kind of muddled through it and figured out what I wanted to do as I was going along. Here's a general idea of what I did though, if it helps:

1. Removed springy thing and paid attention to how it was on there so I could put it back on.

2. Paint both pieces of wood front, back & sides

3. After the paint was dry, I put the springy thing back on. It went on a lot easier than I thought it would.

4. I laid the clothespin on the paper I wanted to use and traced around it and then cut the paper on the pencil line. (I cut paper for the front & back)

5. Ran the paper through the Zyron and stuck it on the clothes pin.

6. Then figured out what to use to decorate it and then put those pieces on and the ribbon and it was done!

Soarin is just one of many examples where the swap items precede the photos. I have beautiful stuff to use, so I have to come up with pictures to be able to use them! I have found that taking still photos of the video pre-show works well for rides that you can't take photographs during. And for some reason I just love that ceiling in Soarin - I think I take a photo of it every trip!

And I would love to see your pages, so please post them!

Yay, for using my stuff! I got the image for that PP from the package of the old EPCOT passport. They had Mickey wearing hats from all the different countries. They used to have buttons with the images, and I think they had other items. I'd love to make a Mickey for each of the countries, but the image is brown & red, so I had to do quite a bit of work to get the pattern, and not all the images are complete.
