Been looking at flights/FlyDrives/hols for next year and followed a link through to the JetSave website :)
Has anyone had any experience with them?
They're quoting, what seems like, a ridiculously low price for Virgin flights, basic accommodation (Travelodge ID) and Alamo car hire :confused3
There's no car ins included but, for 14 nights, next Easter the costing is around £1150 for Eve and myself :)
That's less than any Manchester flights I've found - even indirect ones......
Any suggestions?

Highly recommended - went with jetsave first time in 05 and virgin last year...only slight differences but nothing drastic nor are the differences worth the cost in £'s IMO...
Used same transportation (as we didn't hire a car) to our hotel, same baggage allowance and no queues at the rep's desk because obviously the majority of the plane headed for virgins desk (infact if i remember rightly they were just hanging about and we went to them).
The only thing i'm not 100% sure about is the ability to pre-book seats...i didn't know we could do this back in 05 to be honest so i didn't even try...
One good thing i likes about the two companies in comparison to the other was the fact they both had different hotels to give you a good variety of places to stay.
Hope this helps...

Thanks, yes, it does help :thumbsup2
Not sure how much the car ins would be but I can always decline the car and rent independently :goodvibes

We went with them our first time in 1995 - they were great!

We've used them a couple of times & had no problems, the second time because they were doing the accomodation that we wanted & a free child place so their Virgin flight was cheaper than Virgin! As for the car I have yet to find a "Free" car that is cheaper than doing it independantly.

Arrrgh, done it............£1,108 for 2 Virgin fly drives :)
6th April 2009 for 14 nights.
Supposedly that includes the car ins but gonna read the small print to make sure :thumbsup2 :woohoo:
As it's a Virgin flight is the baggage allowance the same?
The brochure doesn't make it too clear................:confused3

I managed to 'delve around' and download part of the JetSave Florida brochure :)
It clearly lists the baggage allowance as being 2 x 23 kg bags so I'm even more pleased than I was earlier at having booked it for so much less than a VH fly drive :woohoo:

I hope you have a great trip - we booked through Jetsave in 2006 as I got a fantastic discount through work. We had no problems and everything was wonderful :D

Brilliant Alison, they aren't listing anything for when we want to go - it's a bit early but I will check back with them nearer the time they sound great!

Phone or delve around to find the online price list :)
I called, hung around, online, for a while, before hanging up til JetSave rang me (almost immediately) to finalise things :thumbsup2
The free Orlando download has the flydrive prices....
