Candleabration will be at 7pm, official park closing time, and lasts for 15-20 minutes. So you'll be safe booking a meal at any of the Village restaurants for 7.45pm, and 8pm for the hotel restaurants (unless of course you're dining at the DLH :goodvibes ).
