I have been trying for 3 days to access the Manage my booking option on their website but its down. Any one have any ideas why, i don't want to give them more money by phoning them:confused:

we were trying to pay our balance off and couldnt get on the website, rang them up and they said they whole system was playing up, they were hoping it ould be back up by yesterday, however the internet was still down so we rang again and this time could do it by phone however the women said they didnt have any idea how long it would take to fix the internet as it kept crashing and they were not sure why!!!!!!

I discovered today that the Virgin manage your booking doesn't work with AOL very well. For any AOL users, try accessing it through IE instead. That worked for me yesterday.
