im so sad

could everyone help me get better i have just been told off the doctor that i have thrombophlibitus i am going to florida in 3 weeks time and have 2 weeks for it to go away. i cant belive it i have waited so long for this dream holiday i have been smiling all year now im sad. we cant cancel as friends are on the booking and i would never let them down. i have never had any problem with my leg before. thrombophlibitus is a small blood clot just under the skin i have a chance that it could go away if i rest it please pray for me (fiona hall):sad2: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad2: :sad2: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad2: :sad2: :sad2: :sad2: :sad2: :sad2:

Hope you get better soon, but do inform your travel insurance company as they may not cover you if you get ill whilst away as it is an existing condition or they may ask for an additional premium to cover it.

Also another thought do take all DVT precautions such as the socks and aspirin when flying.

thankyou everyone. i will keep you all informed with whats happening. its 4 in the morning and i cant sleep the pain seems to be moving down my leg i dont know if it should be or not. just worried im letting everyone down. my dh wont go without me

at the docs today at 4pm i will let you all know how i got on. the holiday tickets are in now we are having a ticket party tonight if the doc says yes. my leg feels a lot better than it was but still not 100% still got 2 weeks to get better, thanks :hug:
