Please Help - Milesource Quiz

Hi, I am pretty new to the rewards programs and I have a problem. Everyday for about the past week, Milesource tells me that I have already done the quiz for the day. The problem is, I haven't done it yet, so I don't get the points! I have also been able to do the weekly survey only once (the first week). It says a new one comes out every Tuesday, but I haven't been able to do any more. I just get my 18 points a day for visiting sites. I have tried clearing cookies and that doesn't help. Anyone have any ideas?

I emailed them and actually got back an appropriate answer (usually they say it is me and I know this time it is not). They are having problems and are working on it. Mentioned something about a new points earning opportunity coming up also.
