We closed on our DVC BCV purchase today. Here is the timeline:
7/18 Found contract on website
7/21 talked to broker and put deposit down with offer
7/22 offer accepted; received purchase paperwork which was completed and faxed back the same day
7/27 Submitted for ROFR
8/4 Passed ROFR
8/18 Passed Estoppel and received closing docs from Title Co.
8/25 Sent check and closing docs to Title Co.
9/3 Sale closed and sent to DVC.
Our broker was Rachel Thompson with GMAC.
Our title company was First American Title
Now its on to adding on to get more points!
