Being the obsessive planner that I am I constantly try and book 18 nights to Orlando in August 2009 so that I can guage prices for our 2010 trip and check to see if seats are likely to be left for free dining if I leave booking til August instead of May when the seats are first released.

I tried to book a fortnight ago and when I tried again on Sunday night the price came out about £550 cheaper as you now get a VAA refund???

Don't know if anybody who has already booked will be entitiled to claim this money back off their trip so just thought I'd point it out.

I looked at Virgin 'FlyDrives' a few weeks ago and the cost for Eve and myself, was a little over £1800:scared1:

This morning I checked and it was £1550 (inc their 'free' car and ins :rolleyes1 )

I was holding on to book separate flights etc but can't see it coming out much cheaper - if any :confused3
Hmmm, I love a dilemma ;)

I booked mine and DH's next holiday for Sep 09 (like yo i like to plan ahead) as i wanted to ensure i recieved the free dis dining and the 14 nights pass for the price of 7. So i went onto the Virgin holidays Website a couple of moments ago to upgrade our BC room to a waterview and low and behold once i had changed our room the new invoice showed a reduction of £422.00 due to VAA FLIGHT ADJUSTMENT.
Now don't get me wrong im not complaining :goodvibes but i am quite curious to know what the discount actually is and a reassurance that its not going to magically reappear on my invoice.

But if its all Kosher then im over the moon :rotfl:  :yay: :cheer2: :woohoo:

Just change something in manage by booking and it will reprice at lower price. Maybe add an attraction ticket and that would cover the reprice to get lower price.
