I got Garth

I called today to check on availability over Memorial weekend. (We've delayed setting this up due to my Mom's health status.)

I got the legendary CM Garth!!! He tried so hard to find availability, but it just wasn't there.

Garth couldn't have been nicer. I can see why all of you love working with him.

I also got Garth about two weeks ago. I explained to him after the call that there was a fan group following him on the DIS boards. I even gave him the web site and the last thread he was mentioned in. He seemed completly unaware of his popularity. His customer service skills are excellent! I think it would be a good idea if someone would search all the threads, print them and send them to CM management.

Spoken with Garth on a couple of occassions and found him to be the best! Great CM; you get the feeling happiness is contagious - which it is.

Garth helped me today with changes to our reservation as well as making a new one. Being a new member I had many questions. He was helpful, patient and just so pleasant.:)
