Confused...dates are posted for Minnie marathon 2009?!?

I work at the Wilderness Lodge and was looking up some info on our cast web pages today. There is a section titled, "The Endurance Series, cast members information guide". Anyways, all races are listed with dates, and there is it, Disney's Minnie Marathon Weekend, May 2-4 2009 (I believe these are the same dates from 2008). I emailed WDW Sports but haven't heard back yet. I'm not sure if I am able to post the page here since its from the cast pages but maybe I can figure out how to just copy and paste the dates...?

Be interested if it is just a fluke. I did email then asking for some type of a race in May for the time around the Flower and Garden Show. Other times or "special events" have races with them so why not the F&G at Epcot. Even if it's just a 10k or something. I would definately be there!!!

I had been told from Disney's Marketing people that the Miniie is dead and will not happen in the future. I have not heard about a race replacing it in May either. The Princess 1/2 is the Spring replacement.

Thats what I was told also until I saw dates listed. Still haven't heard back from Disney Sports.

Any word on the Dankin Tri in May? Danskin says they won't release the date until January, but I'm trying to plan a Vegas trip in April. It would be really helpful if they would release the date NOW! :goodvibes
