We're going to WDW the week of Thanksgiving and we're hoping the resorts will be decorated before Thanksgiving day. Does anyone one if they're decorated by?

I know that Thanksgiving day and after they are decorated - but I don't know before?

Well...on Thanksgiving day the PARKS are all decorated, but the hotels are not all done.

Some of the more significant displays such as the Gingerbread house at the GF and the chocolate amusement rides at the BW are just being started, and are generally not completed for a week or so afterwards.

I have also seen the decorations begining in early to mid November. I remember the doll store in Germany having all the high stuff near the cieling appear half one day and the other half done the next day. This was probably three years ago and two weeks before Thanksgiving.

We have gone a few times the week before Thanksgiving and the resorts have been decorated during that week.

This year it seemed quite late. We were at the GF in January, and many of the decorations were still up when we left on the 8th.

We arrived the day after T-giving last year. The decorations were already up in YC/BC and Boardwalk, but it was late Sunday night before they were up in the Poly. (Not that the Poly has much of a Christmas display anyway).
