birth certificates / passports tip

One thing i did last year when we went to China was to scan copies of our passports, visas and birth certificates. Then i made an email account out on yahoo and emailed the files to myself. This gave me peace of mind for in case our important documents were lost, misplaced or stolen.

Very easy to do, and it gave me a little bit of comfort o know that i could access this info from anywhere in the world.

Very good idea! I think I might do the same thing on my next trip, thanks for the tip.

To play it safe, I'm going to make a separate email for each document in case there's a limit in message size or print size.
