Dollar car rental ??

We ve booked our holiday through virgin & have got a free car inc in the package with Dollar. They ve said its most similar to a Kio Rio ( not too sure what that ll be like) grade E

I was just wondering how people found the whole picking up your car process with Dollar???:confused3

Have read the lines can be very long, read about Dollar express service but its mentions inputting cc details. We ve already got a fully inclusive insurance package with virgin so am reluctant about giving them card details when we should nt have any more to pay.

Can you only register for the express service if you ve contacted Dollar yourself to book car rental or can you still register if you are given free car through holiday package?

If anyone else has had the E Grade car what did you get, what was it like???

Picking the car up is very straightforward as Virgin have their own Dollar Express desk in the airport terminal.

Although you give CC details when you register with Dollar Express they don't actually take anything from it, it is only to make things easier if you ever book direct with them in the future. You can register with them no matter who you book with but to be honest with the Virgin Dollar desk you don't really need to.
