Thanks so much for making me feel SO welcome! And, thanks for all your help...I'm mostly a lurker, but the advice given on these boards really helped me decide to try a resale. I knew I should have my home resort be the one I would stay at most of all, and I knew the resale process would be relatively trouble free thanks to you folks.
