room requests

We are booked for POR and on my confirmation letter are my room requests (we need 4 rooms either adjoining or connecting) , do I have to fax them or call them a few days before or since its on my confirmation, then they already have it? We are going there May 9, how crowded can I expect it to be? Thanks!!!:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
