Bunk bed rooms at WL?

Ok. I have booked a standard room for august 16-23 at WL. I am considering requesting a bunk bed room. i have a son and a daughter 4 and 7. Has anyone ever stayed in a standard bunk bed room. Is there a lot of those rooms? Does there seem to be more floor space? Lighting doesnt matter too much to us, as i hear they are not well lit. Are there any decent standard bunk bed room views? Thanx for your opinions. TYIA

Hi - you can request a bunk bed room, although, as most other things, they cannot guarantee it.

We enjoyed having the bunk bed room with our little ones. The bunk bed took up less room so there was more floor space plus they loved sleeping in it. The room is a little darker, as they had to remove one light above the bunk but, it is not overly so.

they have a light on the wall though, and it is not as dark as one would think.
