and made our reservations today! Thanks to this board, I knew exactly what to ask for on the phone and what to expect. Thank you everyone. We are going on the November 16th 7 day Eastern cruise and will be in stateroom 2586. I made the reservations through Costco and we will be paying $2194.70 for 2 adults no children, stateroom category 9, travel insurance and no transfers. I called multiple places and Costco had the best prices of anyone. I called DCL, AAA, Dreams Unlimited, USAA and all of them quoted me $2380.70 for the exact same thing. Of course each of them offered some sort of deal (except DCL) like AAA I would have gotten the soda mugs for free ($70 savings), with Dreams Unlimited it was a rebate of $75 and with USAA it was 5% cash back of $119.03. With Costco I saved $186 off the $2380.70 price. The next best deal was a 5% cash back of 119.03 with USAA, but I wouldn't have seen that money until after the trip was over.

Well, again thanks. I am sooo excited. I can't wait until November (wish it would hurry up and come, but that would also been Christmas would be around the corner). This will be our first cruise ever and I am glad it is with Disney.

But oh boy have I enjoyed preparing for the trip anyway. I think we get even better value for the money by just having a place to come and be all exited with a bunch of other like minded people! :D
My next trip will definately involve renewing the ol' Costco card.
Have fun planning. (Hey, your the only person I know of, who has to wait longer than ME!:p :p :p )

Congratulations. How exciting. We have a couple of months to wait before we try to book our cruise using our DVC points.

My wife and I are really excited and looking forward to the DC. We used DVC points and are staying in a Category 5 room with verandah. I learned about this room through this forum. We are really enjoying all the great tips, comments, etc, etc. from this forum. Can't wait!!!!!!!!!:bounce:
