I'll be at CBR as well the 2nd week of December and we're planning on taking a taxi over to Universal for a day. With Mears shuttle, it's $16 x 4 = $64 and you have to "plan" your departure and return trips ahead of time. I prefer to rent a taxi as we walk out the entrance and go with the flow of the day rather than be dictated by our scheduled transportation.

We've been to Disney 8 times in the past 2 years and we have the Annual Pass so we've stuck the Disney parks. This time, we're using our Air Miles passes to try out the main Universal park since my kids aren't big on roller coasters. With Marineland in Niagara Falls so close to us, we chose to try another theme park. Have a look at YouTube for some family videos to see what it's like.

We were at Seaworld August 25. We took the bus to Seaworld. The Lynx public Orlando bus leaves from the Ticket and Transportation Centre. I had heard that it was easy to do and since there were 7 of us it saved us alot of money.
It did not save us TIME!!!
We left our room at POR at 8:05 and arrived at Seaworld at 10:10. Then we had to wait almost 20 minutes in a lineup to check in for the backstage tours I had booked online. The same lineup serviced people inquiring about the tours and booking them onsite. I was not impressed. I missed my first tour. Luckily they were not full and I was able to grab another one later in the day.

Needless to say we took a Taxi home.
