Well, Hanna did look like she was going to go south, but now maybe she changed her mind. Stupid storms. I'm also worried about that easternmost tropical wave that just came off Africa. It might be a named storm before it's even halfway across the Atlantic! :scared1:

Corey has to fly into Fort Lauderdale tomorrow for a one day training session at a site in Pembrooke Pines. She flies home Thursday morning. I am concerned about Hanna for sure.

Hanna is supposed to barely graze the east coast, she should be fine....

I hope that's the way Hanna tracks. Sometimes, Corey's job scares me with all of the travel.

I hope that's the way Hanna goes to, I have to fly down there on Thursday for the Pin Event, and I REALLY don't want to have to cancel EVERYTHING I arranged for this trip. The Richard Petty, Boardwalk Villas, Pin Event, Rental Car, Airline Tickets. We're looking at being out over $2500 if I don't go, and out even more if I do go! LOL.

Hopefully the airlines see the fact that Disney's still going through with things. LOL. I really do hope they do, I've been looking forward to this trip for the longest time. I REALLY need the vacation with the DH, we've not been anywhere together in the past 3 years...

They don't have grand villas at BCV.
But they DO have them at SSR. They've got good bartenders at SSR! :thumbsup2

Looks like I'm just going to have to deal with Hanna. Ike doesn't want to come and beat me down like...well, we'll leave it at that!

Hopefully everyone in Texas is ok with Ike going through
Here in the Sunshine State, we have a week or rain to look forward to thanks to "The Storm Formerly Known As Josephine."

Waiting to her from/about family members in Tx. I have one cousin in 'burbs north of Houston (not evacuated), whose husband is with HPD, and others from Beaumont who were evacuated early.

We're fine. Drizzle, a little wind. They said yesterday we would get the worst of it between 6-8 PM, but the storm tracked more to the east so I don't think the worst will be that bad for us.
Good thoughts for everyone in Houston & the surrounding areas! :wizard:
