Depending on what part of N.J. you are coming from, figure $5-10 (each way). Once you get past Baltimore there are no more tolls. The most direct route is to take I-95 south and get off at exit 8 in South Carolina. The road at this exit will take you directly onto the island and Disney's resort will be on your right at approx. mile marker 8 or 9.
Hope you enjoy the resort, it is very nice.

Hey NJ,
I'm from Jersey to if you have EZ Pass you don't need any singles or change!!!! Very easy way to travel the I-95 corridor. Have a great time and save some time by getting EZ Pass!!!

I agree,
E-Z pass is the greatest invention since DVC!!!!

E-Z Pass stinks. I keep getting letters from them with pictures of my car saying I don't have it. I have had E-Z Pass for 4 years now. When I called them yesterday they said that you should exchange your transponder every 2 years. Nothing like them being proactive or anything.
I would say that DVC is significantly better than E-Z Pass.
Do you get discounts using E-Z Pass in the Delaware, Maryland area?

We travel from No. New Jersey To Fl several times a year on 95. HH runs 12-14 hours depending... and I allow $10 each way for tolls. There have been increases. On our last trip we took 81 (through Pennsy)down and it was a much better drive. No tolls, no traffic. It was a few miles longer, but a shorter trip. We cut across and intersect 95 in Santee,SC (we stay at the Hampton Inn). Depending on where you are in NJ this might be a alternative.

I don't know what tolls you would have in NJ, but once you cross the river to PA or Del., there is a $1.25 toll on I95 in Del (each way) then $1.00 for the tunnel at Baltimore (each way) if you take the Key Bridge, I think the toll is $2.00. Then on the way north, between the tunnel and the Del toll, there is a $2.00 toll at Havre de Grace bridge, only north bound. It's been a few years since I made this drive, the tolls may have, like everything else, gone up some.
here is a good web site for info if traveling I95

Have a safe trip.
