This is a new hobby (aka obsession ;) ) that I just learned last weekend. I was just wondering if anyone else does this craft?

I do it occasionally - just small pieces for my scrapbook pages. I love the look of it & have seen some really gorgeous, intracate pieces...I just don't have the patience to do it. LOL What kinds of pieces do you make?

I have done a little w/ it. I decorated an wedding invitation for a gift once and thought I would pick it up for the cards I make and have maybe once. LOL It's a patience thing that I just don't have.

Well, since I just learned this last weekend I haven't made a lot. So far I've just made a butterfly and some flowers. I'm hoping to make some snowflakes for ornaments and some for Christmas cards.

I'm also looking for some Thanksgiving patterns (pumpkins, turkeys, etc) for my sons classroom. His teacher may have the kids do some quilling for the schools Thanksgiving dinner decorations.

I don't have patience with some of the pinching to make different shapes, especially the holly leaf. :scared:

I was going to do snowflake ornaments also. I found some thing else this yr to do. Maybe next yr. I make some thing every year for the women in our family.

Oh wow! I'm glad you're enjoying quilling. :thumbsup2

My Grandmother taught me to quill when I was in grammar school. I still do it from time to time. Somewhere I have several pairs of earrings that I made.

I'd love to see pictures of what you're making! Enjoy!
