I thought I'd share a little story aout what happened to me today.
I took a walk during my lunch hour while listening to the pod cast today and I laughed at something Kevin said (I think it was Kevin) and I got distracted. Well, my foot went one way and my left shoe did not travel well and it totally fell apart! Right in the middle of the NYC street, two blocks away from work....:scared: ... no where near a shoe store or even a sock store for gosh sakes!! So, I decided to hop a few steps, no that doesn't work. So I bit the bullet and walked and prayed I could meet up with Tinkerbell for some pixie dust so I could fly the rest of the way :tinker: . I think I reached a new high (or is that low) in New York City antics. Of course I saw the top boss of my office but I don't think he saw my lack of shoe. Btw the way I think I must've washed my foot about 4 times when I finally got back to the office. Once I got back to a nice clean office carpet it really was pretty funny.

So, ladies and gentlemen I would like to bid a fond farewell to my pretty Coach thong shoe that has fallen victim to comedy. I think a moment of silence is in order.

The podcast makes me do stupid things too --- like laugh with water in my mouth and spit it all over my monitor and office window.

I have a funny story too!

I was listening to the podcast while I was getting a root canal (anything to distract myself from that!) and I laughed out loud over something and I think I spit all over my dentist!

I was so embarrassed!

Thanks for your shoe condolences. I really did feel like an outcast walking/hopping with one shoe. Does this mean exercise is bad for you? LOL
