Hi!

Well we were looking at rates on Expedia and found that the Beach Club Villas were only $189! We booked a Studio! I remember when we took the DVC tour last year they had rooms set up at the Boardwalk Villas that were what the BCV was going to look like, does anyone know of any sites that have pictures? Also does anyone know any sites with construction updates? Thanks

I appeciate it!

My whole family can't wait to stay at BCV!

That sounds like a really good deal! Because the villas are not open yet, the only pictures are on the Disney website at http://dvc.disney.go.com/disneyvacationclub/resorts/resortdescriptionindex?id=BeachClubVillasResort
Click on photo album to see pictures.
I'm sure you will love it there!

Here is a link to some really good pictures somone took of the inside. http://www.members.aol.com/suedvc/bcv.html

If you don't mind me asking, when are you going? I was wondering when they are giving that great rate.

I just called Disney directly...want $319 + 11% tax for Feb 2003. That's a lot...

Not showing any rooms avail. for Feb....and I checked mid-Oct. and Nov., still pretty pricey.

Interested as to when they are offering such low rates.

Does anyone know what the DVC member rate is for a cash reservation?

I know they're offering the cheap rates in August. We were thinking of using that for our weekends ....save those points. OKW studio was only $149

They are running promo specials:

Old Key West Studios are running at 159
Beach Club Studios are running at 189-219
Boardwalk Studios are running at 229

Rates appear to be good from the start of July to August 28th

Hi,

I am a DVC member that booked a studio at Beach Club for the first 4 nights it is opened. July 1, 2002 and checking out July 5, 2002. We are not going to use it so we can offer this lodging to someone else. The nightly fee would be $140 for a total of $560 and you wouldn't have to pay the additional 11% tax. If anyone is interested go ahead and email me. If no one is interested I'm going to cancel the reservation.
