Siblings 3-yr and 6-yr, separated in club?

Would siblings, 3 and 6 yrs, be able to play together in the kids club or would they be separated into age groups?

Found my answer on another thread. Due to the age gap, it sounds like they will be separated.

I had a 4 and 7 year old and they are in different age groups. It is 3-4 & 5-7 I believe. They are not always separated. They spend a good amount of time together---usually at night and mornings in the club. Then there are times when the older groups get to go to the lab and do age appropriate things. My kids enjoyed the time together as well as apart. There was just one time when my older one's group left and the younger one cried for a few minutes. It was in the beginning of the cruise and I was beeped to come to the club. Just a few minutes of reassurance on my part and it was all golden.
