Hi. I am going to but another Chi straightner in a couple of weeks, unless there is a different one people swear that its better. I bought one a few years ago at Target but it just went. So I want to buy one here in Ontario, but where is the best place that will stand behind me if something goes wrong.?

I'm sure you know you can get one just about anywhere....Zellers, WalMart, Shoppers....but if you want a really good one, try Sally Beauty Supply. There is one in Kitchener, and one in Cambridge. Go here for directions: http://stores.sallybeauty.com/canada/locator.aspx?transaction=search&template=map_search&proxIconId=403&address=&city=Paris&stateProvince=ON&postalCode=&country=CA&radius=50&x=73&y=13

Hi,
I was in the market for flat iron and decided to use my areoplan points for one. They only offered the Bio Ionic iSmooth 1.5" Conditioning Straightening Iron, so I did some research on it and it got great reviews, better than CHI.

Anyway, I've had it for a few months now and absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend it. I leaves your hair smooth and soft.

Bio Ionic iSmooth 1.5" Conditioning Straightening Iron
Get that fresh from the salon look with the Bio Ionic iSmooth 1.5" Conditioning Straightening Iron.Straighten your hair quickly with the BioIonic iSmooth 1.5” flat iron with Natural Ion Complex. The variable temperature can reach up to 400°F quickly to smooth and hydrate your hair for beautiful results.

I purchased a SEDU from Folica.ca....great price, works awesome and it is rated the number 1 straightener in the world (they give the same straightner away in the goody bags at the OSCARS). It was about 149.00 and I had it delivered to my house within 5 days....great straightner...I have really curly hair and it works amazing.:thumbsup2

I got mine at the Beauty Supply Outlet - I didn't get a Chi though - got another brand. Don't remember the name but it works well and I think it was around $120. It came with a 2 year warranty.
