HH beach ?s

Can I rent an umbrella? How much should I expect to pay per day? I was just wondering if I should purchase a portable beach cabana or not.

There are umbrellas available to rent on the beach. They are rented by the lifeguards on the public beach. I don't remember the cost, but they may be reserved by the day or week.

The beach is wonderful. It is a wide, white sand beach with a very gradual drop, so at low tide you can wade out quite a ways without any undertow to worry about.

Even at high tide, the beach offers plenty of room to lay out a towel or enjoy an umbrella or cabana.

Hopefully someone else can remember the cost.

The cost of the beach chairs and umbrellas was pretty pricey. My DS thinks it was $16 a day for the two of them together. I think there was a weekly price too. I remember thinking that if we were ever going to spend a lot of time on the beach we should just stop at one of the stores you pass by before you get to the resort and purchase some.
