I'm wondering if the price of this goes down as the year winds to a close? Their website says that it costs $69.95, but will that price go down in November when there are only 2 months left to use it?

Or....can you "upgrade" to this ticket? In other words, like at Disney where you can buy a 1 day ticket and after you enter the park you can upgrade it to any other ticket. Could we go to Seaworld using the 1 day ticket (that's actually good for 2 days) and then if we decide yes we do want to come more than the 2 days on the ticket, can we pay the $10 difference and upgrade to the fun card?

That's a good question, anyone know? I keep looking at this card as it's only $10 more than a one day pass, but there are threads asking if you can "do" Seaworld in one day that aren't answered either?

Do i need a second or third day to do it all? Will the price go down as less time is available to use the card?

I don't think the price of the card goes down, but I don't know for sure. I would say that it takes at least 2 days to see Sea World. There are too many shows that you have to schedule in (plus the amount of time you have to get there early to save a seat) for you to see all the exhibits in 1 day.

I emailed Sea World, and this is the response that I got:

Thank you for contacting SeaWorld Orlando. We always appreciate hearing from our guests. To answer your question, the Fun Card's price is the same regardless of when you purchase the pass. We also offer a one year pass, which is good for one year from the day of purchase. For more pricing and information please feel free to visit our website. I cannot find the Funcard for sale anymore except under the resident part. A couple weeks ago it was under tickets, but has been removed. Is this now only available to FL residents?
I do kind of think an AP is the better choice. It is only 30 dollars more and we go to FL a few times a year, so this late in the year, the funcard does not have much time left. With the AP you also save on parking and food.
I would definitely want to get there before Inbev changes it.
