When you are at annettes diner do you pay for food as you order or do you get billed at the end?

Also at cafe mickey we have pre booked and pre-paid but might spend a bit if we want more than what is on the set menu for the price we paid so will we recieve a bill afterwards?

If so then how much should I tip? Also how do you pay, do you give it in hand to a person or do you do it like put your money on the saucer or go to a till to pay?

I always leave the tip on the saucer/bill tray. I normally tip around 10% of the bill. If the service was good I'll tip upto 20%. When we had pre-paid meals, we tipped 10% of what the meal would have cost. I've found in DLP that a tip certainly isn't expected though it is received with gratitude. To hand a tip directly to the waiter would be a little uncouth.
