Depends a lot on where/when/if BLT (Contemporary) and the Grand Californian Villas begin to sell.

I'd say at least a year...probably two.

NO, this is why I ask. I would love to buy into AKV but was hoping to do so either via resale or on our cruise in Nov.

One can only guess but my guess is that it will probably take two or more years. They started selling with the Jambo units Feb 07 and that portion, which had good sales, mostly sold out about May 08 and that is only a little more than a 1/4 of all the AKV units that will be sold. Even if Kidani units sell briskly, you still have a long way to go.
