What or should I say which two bedroom would would anyone recommend? We just returned and loved overlooking the canal by the Swan & Dolphin but the WALK! Is there a two bedroom overlooking the quiet pool?

Yes, there are 2 bedroom units overlooking the quiet pool. BUt these rooms are also some distance from the elevator - probably just as far as the room you just had. If you want to be close to the elevator, you should have MS note that on your reservation.

We, too, will be staying in a 2 Bdr at the BWC on our next stay so I am interested in what everyone recommends.

The four preferred views are boardwalk (which also sees Epcot), Luna Park (main pool), quiet pool, and lagoon. The last three will also see Swan/Dolphin or MGM. As far as 2BR preferreds that are close to the elevator and avoid the "walk," the only ones are those with a Luna Park view. Best view, at least in my view, is boardwalk (less than 15% of the rooms).

We really didn't like the walk but after a while it was just a regular thing to do. Like taking a morning hike!We found it very peaceful to be overlooking the Swan & Dolphin and would not like the sounds from the Boardwalk. Our other reason for wanting to be overlooking the quiet pool would be to have dinner at the grill and have the kids the opprtunity to run back over to Luna Park or the Community Center while we could "chill" ourselves.

What is the best way to "request" a view? Should I put in the request through member services or call the Boardwalk Villas directly?

We had a medical necessaity so we called Ms then we called the room assigner a few days pror. They w ill not tell you the room numbers until arrival though.

Illinois Mark, people have different theories as to what is best. We just put the request in when we make the reservation. Have always gotten what we requested without doing what some others recommend such as faxing a request to the hotel 4 to 5 days before arrival.
