I never tried this bc I heard that it's time consuming and doesn't pay well.
Then today neighbor said she got $50 for a very easy assignment.
Any options/experiences on this?
I live in Southern NJ- if that's relevant. :confused3

I signed up for a mystery shopping thing that I saw an ad for in the newspaper. I gave them my debit card number (stupidly) because they said I had to pay $1.99 for shipping to send me my packet and then that's all I would have to pay. Next thing I knew they were taking $5.99 and $12.99 out of my checking account. I cancelled my account with them and they finally put the money back after weeks of calling every day & yelling at somebody. Haha. Soo I wouldn't sign up for anything that asks for your credit card number. =)

Hi! Mystery shopping can be quite a good money-making thing if you know the right companies to sign up with. NEVER ever pay anyone to mystery shop. Reputable companies are happy to sign you up for free. I belong to several companies but usually only perform shops regularly for 2-3 of them. I work full-time as an RN and don't have the time to do more.
If you will PM me, I will give you the names of some I have done shops for in the past. I usually make between $75 and $90 each month for very easy work!
I would also like to know the reputable mystery shopping companies, but I don't know how to PM you.
thanks

would you mind sending me an email with reputable compaines? I haven't been a member of disboards long enough to send a pm. My email is sage10 at hotmail. Thank you so much. I think this would be a fun thing to try out. But I don't want to get scammed. Thanks
