If it's like last year, any BB with 2009 dates (besides the Free Dining one) won't be offered until the end of October ;)
Never know with WDW though!

I got the same offer at WL and was disappointed that it ended in December, if there had been June dates I would have booked.

Do you remember what the bounceback dates were listed for (the following year) We are going in Oct and wondering what dates might be available for 09?
Also, if you do an offer before leaving, can you decide later to change to one of the other dates /resorts on the hotel and still use the offer?

We were at ASM last year and checked out September 27th. We were offered the free dining bounceback at that time. Have Fun.

You should be able to. As long as the CM can verify with DVC that you are actually checked into a room

Last year, until October 12 '07 the BB was to be able to book Free Dining for the next year's (2008) FD dates a year ahead.
Then beginning around October 23, 2007, the Bounceback for guests staying at WDW resorts was for room discount incentives to book ahead for these dates: 12/9/07-12/15/07, 1/6/08-2/2/08, 2/24/08-3/1/08, 3/30/08-4/21/08, 8/10/08-9/27/08.
Info was:
Save 30% off the non-discounted rate for stays most nights 12/9-12/15/07, 1/6-2/2/08, 2/24-3/1/08, 3/30-4/21/08 and 8/10-9/27/08 at select Disney Deluxe hotels in standard room.
Save 40% off the non-discounted rate for stays most Sunday through Thursday nights 1/6-2/2/08 or most nights 2/24-3/1/08, 3/30-4/21/08 and 8/10-9/27/08 at select Disney Deluxe Villa resorts in a Studio.
Book now by calling 8846 from your guest room. Ask about rooms at other WDW resort hotels. Offer code CDR.
You must book and pay 1 nights deposit on or before your checkout day.
Finally this one started April 2008 (and could end at any time, probably when FD starts if the BB during FD is to be able to book FD again for 2009 a year ahead), the Bounceback is for a room discount incentive to book ahead for: 10/19/08-11/1/08, 11/9/08-11/15/08, 11/30/08-12/13/08.
Value resorts, 20% off most nights 3/30/08-4/21/08; 8/10/08-9/27/08; 10/19/08-11/1/08; 11/9/08-11/15/08; 11/30/08-12/13/08.
Moderate resorts, 30% off most nights 3/30/08-4/21/08; 8/10/08-9/27/08; 10/19/08-11/1/08; 11/9/08-11/15/08; 11/30/08-12/13/08.
Deluxe resorts, 30% off most nights 3/30/08-4/21/08; 8/10/08-9/27/08; 10/19/08-11/1/08; 11/9/08-11/15/08; 11/30/08-12/13/08.
DVC/Deluxe Villa resorts, 40% off most nights 3/30/08-4/21/08; 8/10/08-9/27/08; 10/19/08-11/1/08; 11/9/08-11/15/08; 11/30/08-12/13/08.
*************
You did not have to book the BB at the same resort you were staying in at the time.
You did have to leave a deposit BEFORE you checked out.
You could book one BB room per adult - if you have 2 adults in your room, you can book 2 rooms using the BB code, using one name on each. For example, DH name on one, DW on second.
I have read posts of other DISers who have modified their BB packages at a later date, but can't guarantee that it would always be possible - probably based on availability, etc., so each case would be different.

I don't see where they're offering the regular Disney Dining Plan or CS Dining Plan. I know everyone is saying it's the regular plan but I can't believe it until I see it in print. With these low prices I keep thinking it's the CS Dining Plan.

If everything is truly sold out and that's why AP codes and GP codes can't be used, then why was this released? :confused3
So, Disney is saying forget the AP holders let's just offer the best discount to people who are there already? :confused3 I don't get the logic at all. There's been AP holders and DV holders waiting and hoping for a discount.

Re values included?
Actually, that info. was in one of the 2 threads doing a 'watch' for the fd bb. The pix above was from a person staying in a moderate. In the other threads another poster staying on site in a value was kind enough to post the details on the flyer left in her room which was for values and moderates.
I think it's all about Disney's target audience, peo. in values get the value/moderate flyer, peo. in moderates get the moderate/deluxe flyer. Don't know what peo. in deluxe's got. In any event I don't think you're limited in what you can book - marketing just wants the flyer most likely to interest you to be in your room.
I do agree that the basic plan for the values is a [B]steal[B]. If 4 adults are in a value resort - rack rate value season is $80 something for the room, yet food would be $39.99 X4=$160 a day.

Where are you getting the info that everything for August & September 2009 is sold out? I put in multiple hotel requests on the Disney website to get an idea what we could do for next year, and the only thing that wouldn't show me availability was SSR and OKW...but another poster told me that was just a glitch in the system and told me the go-around to get those rates.

this is from Soonipilady, posted it to me over on the thread waiting for bounceback 09...I tried this method this a.m., and it worked but I was just playing around on the Disney website 5 min. ago & after waiting ages on the "don't use the refresh please wait" screen, it finally popped up with the message their system is temporarily unavailable! Anyway, here's the quote from the other thread"
"Same thing happened when I tried to book a package. I then tried to book just a room, found plenty of availability. I put in my dates, the number of people, then clicked on the "Advanced Search" underline under the # of guests I chose "Disney Deluxe Vacation Villas" from the list and when the listing of all of the villas came up, chose SSR, then had plenty of choices and availability. Chose my room type, then added the tickets, MYW package, etc."

I'm not sure which bounceback you're referring to, but this particular thread is in reference to the bounceback for stays in 2008.

When I go in Dec and try to find a bounceback will it state if you can park hop or do they normally allow. We try to book park hop with no water.

Yep, it's confusing - it started out as BB for 2008 thread, but look about post #12 where it switched to the Free Dining BB for 2009 thread because that is what the BB is that is being offered to resort guests now thru October 24.

Sorry, but I don't understand this question - tickets aren't included in a Bounceback offer (if any BB is available during your stay)

Question about booking bounceback offers. We are going this year in Oct and would love to book the Aug 2009 dates. I'd book the 1st possible day It's what Aug 23 and then want to book 7 nights. The thing is I don't know when my kids start school for 2009-2010 school year yet so if I book a 7 day stay and then need to drop two days can you do that and still keep your free dining package or do you have to cancel the whole thing?
mbanks21
08-26-2008, 10:52 AM
You can modify based on availbility. If you book 7 nights and need to drop 2 at a later date its no problem
dreaming4disney you can book any dates within that window 8/23-10/8

We are going during the bounceback offer.
We are going to book our trip for next year October 1st through 11th.
My sister has asked me to book rooms for her and her kids, and their families for August of next year. I called DW and the Cm told me that I can book as many rooms as I want. Then I looked at different websites that say I can only book one room per adult in the room. That would be my DH and I, so we could book 2 rooms for next year. Do you think the CM made a mistake by telling me I could book as many rooms as I wanted?
I sure would like to book the rooms for my family as well.
Has anyone booked more than one room for bounceback offers?
Thanks,
Brenda

I think the CM made a mistake when he said you could book as many rooms as you want. We had two rooms at POP and booked two rooms for next year. The CM said that we could book one additional room because we had two adults in the room. I think the limit would be 2 rooms.

You can book as many rooms as you have adults currently staying on property

Your husband can book a room and the 2 others can each book a room but whoever books the room has to be staying next year, you cant book a room for someone else and not go

Gottcha! That makes sense, neither of the two other adults will be going in 09 so my hubby will have to book just for my family and then when we go back in a few weeks I'll book for the other family. I guess I'd put their deposit on my cc and then they could make final payment on their own card.
