We were at Epcot on Sunday, Aug. 17th at rope drop. While DH ran for Soarin' FP's, my 1st run was to the Character stop with the kids.
As I was standing in line, I noticed the mom behind me had on a Tshirt with an Epcot DISign. Then I saw she had pillowcases for the character signatures. Those had some DISigns on them also.
We started talking and comparing our DISigns (my autograph and passport book made from DISigns). She said she noticed my LGMH. She also said she is mostly a lurker, does not post much. I won't mention her screen name, but if you are out there lurking....I just wanted to say hi, see how your trip went and say it was nice to meet you!
Also, wanted to let the DISigners know- I saw several DISigns while in the World. You all look great!

Heather,
Did you sing a chorus of "It's a Small World"? :rotfl:
That's a great story. Thanks for sharing it.

oh that is really cool... Can you tell me, when she had the pillow cases, did she have anything for them to put the pillowcases on to sign them?
i am trying to figure that part out.
Hope your trip was great ...

My kids took their shirts off one evening because the autograph books were not available and they got them signed. The CM's were great in helping to stretch hold them so they could be signed..I've washed them and the autograph's are still there:)

Good question! I was checking it out to see what she used
She had bought needlepoint/sewing hoops (I don't know the technical name for it). She would put it on the sections she wanted the characters to sign and it stretched the linen taught.
I hope she stops by this thread and she can give you more insight and how it worked.

Just when it is gone, your DD will start singing it and it will start all over again!!:rotfl:

Hi, Heather!

I shouldn't complain....at least I know I'm training her to be a Disney freak like me!:worship:
