T-shirts!

Ok, I am getting my stuff ready to do my tshirts. My time is very limited. I am a nurse work nights and have 3 yo twins. They are in preschool for six hours a week and if that doesn't fall on a day I have to sleep that is the time I get.

Questions:
I need any tips on what to buy, what works the best, easiest for the transfer.

I need any tips at all on doing the transfers.

Do I wash them before or after? DO I wash them in anything special.

Can I see some of you tshirts? Do you just put the iron ons or puff paints, glitter?

My quickest tip is to read the instructions very carefully and follow them to a "t" for whatever transfer paper you buy.

Yes, wash your shirts before without fabric softener.

There is some debate whether to wash your shirts after you iron them on and before your trip. I do. I have never had trouble with running. Just follow the transfer paper instructions carefully.

I buy Avery transfers and have had good luck. Hope that helps.

I don't wash the shirts after I iron them and the ones we wore the one day with misty rain they didn't run...of course it didn't rain for more than 20 minutes or so, but we did get wet...and I washed the shirts before we came home to save on room in luggage and they all turned out great:)
